Welcome to Next Inn Displays! By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before booking a service or using our website.


1. Service Overview

Next Inn Displays  provides mobile screen repair services at your doorstep. Our technicians come to your location to replace your phone’s screen at an affordable price. We service all major phone brands, including iPhone, Samsung, Google Pixel, and more.


2. Appointment & Service Booking

  • Requesting a Service: To request a repair service, you must provide accurate details, including your name, phone model, issue description, location, and preferred time for the repair.
  • Scheduling: We will confirm your appointment based on availability. You will receive a notification with the time and technician assigned to your repair.
  • Cancellations & Rescheduling: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • Pricing: Our service prices are based on the type of phone, the screen model, and the extent of the damage. We offer competitive, transparent pricing with no hidden fees.
  • Payment: Payment for services is due upon completion of the repair. We accept payment via credit/debit card, mobile payment apps, or cash (if applicable). A receipt will be provided.
  • Additional Charges: If additional repairs or parts are needed beyond the initial assessment, we will inform you before proceeding with the work. Any changes to the original estimate will require your approval.

4. Service Guarantee

  • Warranty: We offer a warranty on our screen repairs for a period of 3 Days, covering defects in materials or workmanship. The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, or improper handling.
  • Repair Issues: If you encounter any issues with the repair within the warranty period, please contact us, and we will resolve the issue at no additional cost.

5. Liability & Limitations

  • Damage Liability: While we take all precautions to ensure quality repairs, we are not liable for any pre-existing damage or issues that are not addressed during the service. We also cannot be held responsible for software malfunctions or issues unrelated to the screen.
  • Data Loss: We are not responsible for any data loss that may occur during the repair process. We recommend backing up your data before the technician arrives for service.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

  • Personal Information: We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Any personal data collected during the booking process will be used solely for service fulfillment and communication purposes.
  • Data Security: We will take reasonable steps to safeguard your device during the repair, but we cannot be held liable for any data loss or security breaches that may occur during the service.

7. Customer Responsibilities

  • Device Condition: You agree to provide accurate information about your device’s condition. If the device has been tampered with or has prior damage not disclosed, we may refuse service or charge additional fees.
  • Availability: You are responsible for ensuring that the device is available for repair at the scheduled time and location. If the technician cannot access your device due to location issues or unavailability, a rescheduling fee may apply.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the updated terms will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.


9. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any disputes, we encourage you to contact us directly so that we can address your concerns. If the issue cannot be resolved amicably, any legal disputes will be governed by the laws of Indian, and disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Saket Court New Delhi.
